Anna Domiray, LCSW, is the owner and lead therapist of Diosa Mental Health where she provides in-person therapy for adults and teens in downtown New Albany. Anna is deeply committed to serving our Southern Indiana and Louisville communities. Therapy should feel safe, and Anna takes care to provide a warm and inviting office that feels comfortable instead of clinical. Anna is Level 1 trained in Internal Family Systems by the IFS Institute. Other therapy methods you may see in session include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Sandtray Therapy to work through life challenges such as grief, anxiety, ADHD, and depression. Diosa Mental Health will work with you on building skills to bring awareness to your needs, increase self-compassion and distress tolerance, and feel confident to embrace life fully on your terms.
