You deserve to be heard.

I specialize in individual therapy, tailoring my approach to meet your unique needs and goals. Typical therapy methods you’ll see in session include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Sandtray, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy to work through life challenges such as grief, divorce, ADHD, motherhood, anxiety, and depression. I will work with you on building skills to bring awareness to your needs, increase self-compassion and distress tolerance, and feel confident to embrace life fully no matter what you've faced.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Areas of Focus (What we address)

    • Grief & Life Transitions: Navigating loss and "big" changes—divorce, caregiving, or a new medical diagnosis (including cancer and life-threatening illness).

    • Trauma & Mood Challenges: Compassionate care for anxiety, depression, and the long-term effects of trauma.

    • Neurodivergence: Diagnosing and treating ADHD and co-occurring disorders through a strength-based lens.

    • Perinatal Mental Health: Supporting you through the transitions of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood.

  • Therapeutic Modalities

Internal Family Systems (IFS) Explore the different "parts" of your personality to heal past wounds and find your curious, calm "Self" at the center. It’s a gentle, non-pathologizing way to understand your internal world, be kinder to yourself, and feel empowered to make the changes that matter to you.

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Learn to stop fighting difficult thoughts and start moving toward what truly matters to you. We focus on mindfulness and taking small, value-driven steps toward a meaningful life. Whether you are navigating a divorce, a medical diagnosis, or the loss of a loved one, I offer a steady presence to help you process the "before and after" of life's biggest changes.

Neuro-Affirming ADHD Support Ditch the "fix-it" mindset and embrace a "support" mindset. We work together to understand your unique brain wiring, manage executive dysfunction, and build a life that actually fits you.

Sandtray Therapy Sometimes, words aren't enough to describe what’s happening inside. Sandtray therapy is a creative, non-verbal way to "map out" your internal world using a tray of sand and miniature figures. It allows you to visualize complex emotions, process trauma, and see your life from a new perspective—all without the pressure of having to find the "perfect" words. It’s a grounding and sensory soothing process that allows you to externalize what you haven’t been able to put into words yet. Then we take time after to process what you’ve revealed.

  • Getting started is simple. You can click on the schedule now buttons to go directly to my secure client portal and schedule a free phone consultation or fill out forms to schedule your first appointment.

You can also reach me by phone, text, or email for additional questions or fill out the contact form on my website.

  • I currently am in-network with several insurance providers and will be adding more throughout the coming months. We can discuss if I take your insurance during our consultation call or initial paperwork.

My private pay rate is $125 per session. If I am not in network with your insurance, I can provide you a superbill to submit for reimbursement if your insurance policy allows that.

Some people with health insurance choose to be private pay clients simply for privacy reasons. You won’t have a diagnosis attached to your medical records to have insurance pay for your therapy. This option is valuable to people who prefer to keep their mental health records out of their overall medical history.

I also contract with Lyra Health to offer EAP sessions for many businesses throughout Indiana and Florida. Amazon, Walmart, Starbucks, and Apple are just a few examples of the companies who offer these benefits.

  • People who work with me say my office is a warm and comfortable atmosphere that doesn’t feel “clinical.” I often see people who have never been to therapy or have tried it in the past without feeling comfortable to be themselves. I go at your pace to provide a safe container for you to process and build your capacity to adapt and challenge yourself to grow.

I have a welcoming and personable approach to providing therapy. I understand that we’re all just people trying to do the best we can with what we have. I use a systems view for understanding health recognizing that your environment, experiences, and various identifiers impact how you experience life. I take the role of providing compassionate witnessing to your life experiences. I help you find what you need to trust that you can heal and adapt to challenges while also having a meaningful life that includes joy, connection, and purpose.

I do not offer 24/7 emergency services. Active clients are given a list of local crisis response resources. The resources listed below are for the general public. I am not affiliated with any of these organizations.

National Crisis Services and Hotlines

If you are experiencing distress there are hotlines you can call to talk to a trained crisis responder. Crisis and Suicide Hotlines can call 911 in cases of emergency.

Warm Lines are phone lines with trained peer supporters to talk to you when you are not experiencing the potential to harm yourself or others.

If you do the work, you’ll notice the change.
