Anna Domiray, LCSW has 16 years of experience working in education, public service, and healthcare. She has worked with military families, foster care, public schools, individuals with intellectual and learning differences, breast cancer patients, and all ages in hospice care.
The skills she developed within these areas led to her work as a mental health therapist with teens and adults in downtown New Albany, Indiana where she sees Southern Indiana and Louisville, Kentucky clients in person. Anna works with clients experiencing grief, mood disorders such as anxiety and depression, ADHD, trauma, and navigating major life transitions like divorce, parenting, becoming a caregiver for an ill loved one, and being diagnosed with cancer or another life threatening illness. Virtual therapy is offered throughout the states of Indiana and Florida for the convenience of those who prefer to be at home.
Anna continually invests in training and education to keep up to date with emerging information and best practice. These training programs have included LGBTQIA+ affirming healthcare, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for Grief, Internal Family Systems through the IFS Institute, diagnosing and treating ADHD and co-occuring disorders through a neurodivergent affirming lense, and working with perinatal mood disorders. Anna pulls from a variety of resources when working with a client based on their individual needs.
Change comes from within — and we’re here to help you activate it.
