Anna Domiray, LCSW, owner and therapist at Diosa Mental Health in New Albany, Indiana

Anna Domiray, LCSW has 16 years of experience working in education, public service, and healthcare. She has worked with military families, foster care, public schools, individuals with intellectual and learning differences, breast cancer patients, and all ages in hospice care.

The skills she developed within these areas led to her work as a mental health therapist with teens and adults in downtown New Albany, Indiana where she sees Southern Indiana and Louisville, Kentucky residents in person. Anna works with people experiencing grief, anxiety, depression, PMDD, ADHD, trauma, and navigating major life transitions like divorce, parenting, becoming a caregiver for an ill loved one, and being diagnosed with cancer or another life threatening illness. Virtual therapy is offered throughout the states of Indiana and Florida for the convenience of those who prefer to be at home.

Anna pulls from a variety of resources when working with a client based on their individual needs and continuously invests in training and education to keep up to date with emerging information and best practice. These training programs have included:

  • LGBTQIA+ affirming healthcare

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for Grief

  • Perinatal Loss and Grief

  • Internal Family Systems Level 1 through the IFS Institute

  • Advanced treatment planning for ADHD and co-occurring disorders

  • Diagnosis and treatment of perinatal mood disorders through Postpartum Support International
